APT 100
Project Overview
The goal is to create a rentable unit that will generate revenue for the association over the long term. Doing so will help reduce the need to increase dues and replenish reserves. The project's objective is to make it an attractive unit to renters.
The work will include a refresh of the kitchen with new appliances, flooring, and an island to add more storage and working areas.
The flooring throughout the unit will be replaced with durable engineered flooring materials. Lighting will also be upgraded to provide additional lighting within the unit. The bathroom will also get new fixtures, a bathtub, and lighting.
We project $45,000 to $55,000 for the project and expect to recoup the cost within two years from rental fees.
