Overview of Package Closet Build

The Package Closet was built between January and February of2022 and was the first project that originated with the Advisory Committee. The room is an expansion of a prior smaller package room that was in need of repair to make it usable.

The new package closet would open from within the laundry room which has a secured fob and utilize a combination protected door. Our existing cleaning contract with Suit Serviceswas modified so that they would move any packages from the lobby to the package closet Monday to Friday between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM. This system reduces the number of exposed packages greatly any given day.
